Why it happens
OpenAI reported an incoming call that matches no call Rabt is sending to the agent now (it ended, was already answered, or its check token is wrong), so it was refused and nothing was charged.
What to do
Nothing to do if the caller hung up before it arrived. If it keeps happening, send these details to Rabt support.
